Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Greet and check in member guests. Greet people who walk-in for tours, schedule tours over phone/emails, and send promotional materials to potential members. Answer member and guest questions or refer inquiries to appropriate resources. • Manage mail and package delivery and notification. Maintain member company directory. Collect USPA form1583 from member and update with USPA on a regular base. Keep front desk area clean and warm. • Solve member-related issues and create a collaborative member community. Assist with move-ins and move-outs. Distribute member welcome package, access cards, and door keys. Order exhibition hall and door plate stickers. • Complete daily site checks to ensure the co-working space, conference rooms, event spaces, and common area are safe, clean and running efficiently. Oversee the meeting room scheduling and set-up needs. Assist with set-up and wrap-up of ZGC events. • Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure the highest level of member experience. Manage facility, order consumables, and identify issues for escalation to the Operations Manager. • Work closely with the Operations team and other teams on various projects and tasks as needed.
Job Requirement
• College graduate with a four-year degree • Customer service and/or sales experience a plus • Must have strong written and verbal communications skills with bilingual preferred • Proficient in basic computer skills • Customer service/CRM experience a plus • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Passion for working with startup companies and entrepreneurs
